Central Alcahe – Spiritual Services Platform

Central Alcahe is a digital platform designed to support and communicate Afro-Caribbean and Haitian ancestral spiritual practices. The project focuses on creating a respectful, emotionally resonant user experience that balances spiritual authenticity with usability and trust.

The interaction design prioritizes clarity, guided navigation, and low-friction conversion paths for spiritual consultations, rituals, training programs, and ritual products. A structured information architecture allows users to explore services, educational content, and e-commerce offerings according to their personal spiritual needs.

Special attention was given to emotional design, using symbolic language, visual hierarchy, and culturally aligned messaging to reinforce credibility, confidentiality, and ethical practice. Clear calls to action and direct communication channels (such as WhatsApp-based consultations) were integrated to support a personalized, human-centered experience.
This project demonstrates how interaction design can adapt to culturally sensitive contexts while maintaining usability, transparency, and conversion-focused design principles.
